Sami Safiullah

Sami Safiullah grew up in a diverse and open-minded environment that celebrated weddings of all backgrounds and circumstances. He is inspired by his father, who has officiated Islamic, interfaith, and non-Abrahamic weddings for friends and family.

Sami has participated in weddings from multiple South Asian backgrounds, helped couples write their vows, and familiarized them with the Islamic principles of holy matrimony. Sami is committed to prioritizing the couple's spiritual and cultural needs and will work closely with them to cross any cultural and religious bridges to create a seamless celebration of their union.

Sami has native proficiency in Bengali, is conversant in Hindi/Urdu, and has working knowledge of Spanish and Arabic. He is qualified to recite the Quran and any additional prayers in Arabic and the above mentioned languages. Sami is available for ceremonies in the greater Boston Area and is also able to travel in the Northeast Corridor.
