Eid ul-Hajj Prayer Service and Community Celebration

Join us for a gender-equal, 2SLGBTIQA+ affirming Eid prayer service and community celebration, marking the end of the Hajj season in Mecca-Medina. The Hajj is the Sunnah (tradition) of Hajjar (sas), and pilgrims perform the Hajj and the lesser pilgrimage, the Umrah, following in her footsteps. This Eid event is a tribute to her faith, determination, and to the trust and foresight of her son, Ismail (sas). We welcome all Muslims, as well as their families, friends, and allies.

The Eid prayer and sermon will be followed by a community lunch, a Mendhi/Henna station, and kids' entertainment.

Each attendee must register individually.

The exact location, within Central Toronto, will be disclosed closer to the event date.

Please remember to bring your own prayer rugs!
