The purpose of this session is to allow people to network with others from their area and to formulate agenda items that are important to that particular group/region, identifying key people in different cities that may not be represented at the conference. Also these groups should address how the national organization can assist local/regional groups, and how regional/local groups should to relate to the national board (autonomous, guided but compliance with national programs not mandated, answers directly to national board?) Each region will designate a spokesperson and a note-taker and information will be delivered to the board.

9:30-11:00am Formulating a concrete plan of action
Notes from the dialogue sessions and the regional discussion will be reviewed, and agenda items for the national organization to address over the next 1 to 2 years will be identified. Individuals committed to working on each agenda item with the board will be identified. The goal is to distill the mass of issues we have identified into a concrete set of action items with realistic timelines.

11:00-11:15am Final words by newly elected Executive Director and other officers.

11:15–11:30am Farewells

11:30–1:30pm Lunch and Meeting (for board members only)

Note: Throughout the program time will be made for prayers and we would like to mix it up with men and women leading prayers. We want to formally have space for men on one side, women on the other, with a space in the middle where no segregation would be practiced for families and for those who feel more comfortable in a non-segregated space.
